What you'll do
    Job Summary: Execute as a Scrum Master and provide Agile leadership to distributed development teams. Facilitate and participate in PI planning, create team PI objectives, review plans and business values. Represent the team in Coach sync, PO sync and ART sync. Participate in ART's System demo and Inspect and Adapts events. Maintain and grow an environment that enables teams to embrace agile values, enact agile practices, continually assess, and abide by agreements. Play a leading contributing role in building a high-performing agile team. Lead and continuously refine agile ceremonies, Backlog Refinement, Team Planning, Team Sync, Review, and Retrospective Facilitate cross-team collaboration and build trust with stakeholders. Facilitate problem solving workshops; Resolve team conflicts and build team skillset. Be accountable to the project budget, assist with gathering estimates, identify cost variances, and manage scrum resources efficiently. Facilitate and manage scrum/project communications to stakeholders, the broader project team, program leaders. Use data to assess progress, areas needing improvement, and increase predictability. Be committed to meeting/exceeding the needs of our client. Provide clear and concise communication, both written and verbal. 6 - 8 years of demonstrated project and/or program management experience. Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master Experience in SAFe Framework Proficient in Jira, Atlassian Suite, Microsoft Project, Clarity
