What you'll do
    The Digital Customer Experience project (DCX) is a multi-channel digital upgrade to the company's external communications platforms, it will continue to refine and build upon the redesign of the public website, mobile website, My Account customer portal, and its smartphone applications. We will continue to be guided by our key principles of customer first, simplicity, personalization, one company, agility and security. Additionally, we will continue to use a customer centric, "Agile project management approach that will adapt project scopes to changing priorities based on customer feedback and analytics. For this particular project, we are seeking a functional tester to help support our virtual assistant (WATT) that helps customers on our website complete numerous transactions. Skills & Requirements -Experience writing detailed test cases/scripts from business requirements - Experience executing test cases/scripts - Experience with concepts of API testing using Postman helpful - Ability to react/produce in an Agile project atmosphere. - Experience with Azure DevOps Work Item Tracking and Pipelines
