What you'll do

1. Understand business requirements defined by users and business analysts.
2. Understand overall solution architecture, existing systems, and the technical context.
3. Evaluate various solution approaches and recommend technical solutions.
4. Design and develop data models and database structures.
5. Design and develop data engineering pipelines and data transformation/ETL processes.
6. Design and develop data extracts and reports.
7. Present solution designs to other technical teams (both internal and customer).
8. Conduct data analysis using Excel, SQL, BI/reporting software, and other business tools.
9. Lead and contribute to collaborative technical solution design workshops.
10. Document and communicate technical approach, solution design, and operations Develop high-coverage automated testing routines.
11. Transition work from build to run phase through knowledge sharing and training.
12. Support ad hoc needs for information, root cause discovery, and data analysis.

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Analytics or related field of study.
